Who are Spanner? Spanner is a Midlands based theatre company comprising two brothers, Christopher and Matthew Gunter. Spanner's Schizophrenic Strory Telling is a physically charged, loud and immediate performance style which blends physical theatre, poetry, dance, martial arts, stage-fighting, puppets and puppetry, song, narration and danger to present a range of recognizable real life characters and stories from the real world ? We are the workmen of theatre and armed with our boiler suits and a set of magic toolboxes we are all set to mend the world with our theatre tools because it looks like it might be broken......
